M&A is at the heart of my professional work. I have advised on over 500 transactions, encompassing sales, investments, and mergers of varying scale — from smaller, high-impact deals critical to clients’ strategic goals, to major cross-border and multi-party transactions.

Experienced in managing a broad range of legal and commercial matters across multiple sectors, including financial services, fashion, consumer electronics, bicycles, high-end audio equipment, restaurants, entertainment, retail. Matters include both contentious and non-contentious issues.

For more than 20 years, I have advised on a wide range of matters in the life sciences and specialist healthcare sectors, both nationally and internationally. Matters include R&D collaborations, M&A transactions, intellectual property, regulatory permits, competition clearances, licensing arrangements, and other sector-specific issues.

Within the automotive industry, I’ve represented manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers, both domestic and international, including manufacturers of private cars, commercial vehicles and specialized vehicles. The assignments include e.g. procurement contracts, joint ventures and sourcing.

I represent clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and automation sectors, advising both suppliers and contractors on long-term commercial relationships. My work involves e.g. structuring and negotiating IT outsourcing agreements, long term delivery contracts, R&D collaborations, and licensing arrangements.

I handle stock market issues, take over bids, IPOs, MBOs, AGMs, corporate governance matters etc. Experienced in managing both contentious and non-contentious engagements with financial supervisory authorities and stock exchanges.

I help clients structure and secure funding — from investments and capital financing to venture capital and project finance. I also advise on management participation programmes, incentive schemes, and credit facilities etc.

I work closely with high-net-worth individuals, private owners, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives who trust me to help them navigate both personal and professional challenges. My work often involves shareholder arrangements, investments, generational transitions, and business exits. I also assist clients with private matters.
