My services focus on complex corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, corporate law, international business law, and contract law, while also supporting clients with more straightforward agreements and day-to-day corporate matters.
I work with public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives, regularly act as chairman at AGMs, advise boards and senior management, and have led some of Sweden’s largest public and private M&A transactions.
M&A is at the heart of my professional work. I have advised on over 500 transactions, encompassing sales, investments, and mergers of varying scale — from smaller, high-impact deals critical to clients’ strategic goals, to major cross-border and multi-party transactions.

Experienced in managing a broad range of legal and commercial matters across multiple sectors, including financial services, fashion, consumer electronics, high-end audio equipment, restaurants, entertainment, gaming, retail. Matters include both contentious and non-contentious issues.
Life science and Healthcare
For more than 30 years, I have advised on a wide range of matters in the life sciences and specialist healthcare sectors, both nationally and internationally. Matters include R&D collaborations, M&A transactions, intellectual property, regulatory permits, competition clearances, licensing arrangements, and other sector-specific issues.
Automotive
Within the automotive industry, I’ve represented manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers, both domestic and international, including manufacturers of private cars, commercial vehicles and specialized vehicles. The assignments include e.g. procurement contracts, joint ventures and sourcing.
Manufacturing & supply
I represent clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and supply sectors, advising on long-term commercial relationships. My work involves e.g. structuring and negotiating IT outsourcing agreements, long term delivery contracts, procurements, R&D collaborations, and licensing arrangements.
Stock exchange, capital market, fiduciary and corporate governance matters
I handle stock market issues, take over bids, IPOs, MBOs, AGMs, corporate governance matters etc. Experienced in managing both contentious and non-contentious matters with financial supervisory authorities and stock exchanges.
I help clients structure and secure funding — from investments and capital injections to venture capital and project finance. I also advise on management participation programmes, other incentive schemes, and credit facilities etc.
